Hi There. by Grimmalkin

Bob encounters the nameless, gender-ambivalent bobcat character whom I have tentatively decided to name "Stick." It was a lot of fun making this, mostly because their expressions kept making me snicker.

Done from sketch to finish in Photoshop CS2, with a tablet.

Bob and "Stick" are my own.

Medium: Photoshop
Tags: bobcat
Lovecraft's Chicken by Grimmalkin

Part of a school assignment in which we were to create a population of creatures and, through what we learned about evolution and natural selection, make them plausable.

And so I took a galliforme and stuck it in a cave for several thousand generations, and ended up with a wall-walking, echolocating, carnivorous, tentacle-lure wattled chicken.

Good times. This was my first serious attempt at making something with the wacom tool.

Medium: photoshop.
Tags: cave chicken
Shabby Autumn Gentlecat. by Grimmalkin

Initially in color, I had been playing with different lighting and ended up creating a mess. Desaturating and playing with the airbrush tool in Photoshop repaired the damage considerably, or so I thought at the time.

Mary Sue Character by Grimmalkin

Meet Silverithia Lillium Von Fusterclucke.

Drawn as a suppliment to the amusing observations of typical Mary-Sue Characters in the Mighty Duck Fandom, Mrs Fusterclucke was also a convenient excuse to draw another duck character. Drawing bills is more fun than it looks.
